What to expect

• The survey is delivered using an AI voice based on the researcher

• You can switch to text responses at any time, or switch back to voice

• You’ll answer a series of questions about your experiences, perspectives, and decision-making related to Generative AI.

• Your responses will be transcribed only - not voice recorded

• All analysis will be conducted by the researcher.

This research is considered low risk. You will not be asked to provide sensitive personal information, and you do not need to identify yourself or your organisation.

Your participation

• Taking part is completely voluntary

• You can skip any question or stop at any time

• You do not need to name yourself or your organisation.

Your data 

• Your responses will be anonymised

• Data will only be used for this research and will be analysed alongside other participants to identify themes and insights

• Only the researcher and academic advisor will have access to the data

• You can request removal of your data until 30 April 2026 - at the end of the call there will be an ID number which you can send by email with your request to remove the data.

By proceeding with the voice survey and saying yes to the first question, you’ll confirm consent.
